Membership Services Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Atomic Elements membership program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Subscription Terms & Cancellation
Membership is a recurring subscription. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

No Guarantees of Results
Membership content is designed to support your professional and personal development. However, results depend on your engagement and implementation. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

No Employment or Clinical Relationship
Membership does not create an employee/employer, contractor, or therapist-client relationship. It is a professional learning and consultation space only.

Carryover of Unused Minutes
If your membership includes a set number of consultation or support minutes per month, any unused time may be carried over to the next month only. Unused minutes do not roll over beyond one billing cycle and have no cash value.

Confidentiality
All member interactions, group discussions, and consultation sessions are held in confidence and are intended to foster a safe, respectful, and professionally appropriate environment. While the membership does not constitute a therapy relationship and is not governed by HIPAA, discretion and confidentiality are integral to our work and expected of all members.

Intellectual Property Protection
All membership content—videos, downloads, recordings, and community materials—remain the sole property of Atomic Behavioral. Sharing, duplicating, or redistributing materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Community Participation & Conduct
Access may be revoked without refund if a member violates participation guidelines, ethics, or community standards as determined by Atomic Behavioral.
