Atomic Behavioral Care offers a range of services, including business training, clinical consultation, and personal coaching to support mental health professionals in already in private practice or just starting out.

Unlike most practice support models, Atomic Behavioral Care individually assesses and consults on your needs, providing guidance according to your vision rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Mental health clinicians in private practice, including psychologists, therapists, counselors, and social workers, can benefit from our comprehensive support services and any stage of their private practice.

Simply contact us through our website to schedule an initial consultation where we can assess your needs and discuss how our services can benefit you.

The main differences are:

   – Atomic Community Provider: Full, ongoing administrative, business, and clinical support, along with professional coaching, all with no fees.

   – Direct Consultation: Flexible business & clinical consultation and professional coaching sessions tailored to your needs at a direct hourly rate.

   – Elements Membership: Essential and brief business & clinical consultation and professional coaching within your budget for an affordable monthly, quarterly, or annual fee.

While we can’t guarantee finding a space, we offer expert advice on locating suitable office space, ideal location and physical space needs, negotiating leases, and advice on purchasing office space for your mental health practice.

Atomic offers at no extra cost documentation of your time spent on business development training, clinical consultation and case review and coaching sessions to be used toward your state licensing continuing professional development (CPD) program. Your CPD hours are yours to keep in your file, provided you attend the sessions and follow documentation guidelines. It’s up to the state in which you are licensed to accept these hours. Please check your state requirements and guidelines.

Coaching is topic-specific and focuses on personal adjustments and challenges related to owning your business, practicing as a clinician, and balancing that with personal life. It does not treat diagnosable mental health issues. Coaching is available in both one-on-one and group formats. If therapy is needed, we can provide referrals outside the Atomic network.
