Consultation Services Terms & Conditions
(Applies to all purchases made through Atomic Consultation Services)
By purchasing a consultation service through Atomic Behavioral, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Purchase Covers Time and Expertise Only
Your purchase secures professional consultation time and services. It does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

No Guarantees of Performance or Results
While we aim to provide meaningful and impactful guidance, results depend on many factors outside our control. Therefore, no warranties or guarantees of performance or outcome are provided.

No Employment Relationship
This purchase does not create an employee, contractor, or partnership relationship between you and Atomic Behavioral. The consultation is strictly professional and consultative in nature.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel consultation services at any time. If you have purchased a consultation package and choose to terminate the relationship before all sessions are used, you are eligible for a refund for any unused sessions.

Refund Policy for Partial Use of Packages
For partially used packages, used sessions will be billed at the full current rate of $500 per 90-minute session. The remaining balance, after adjusting for used sessions at this rate, will be refunded.

Professional Boundaries and Confidentiality
Consultations are not therapy and do not establish a therapist-client relationship. While discussions are held in confidence, they are not covered under HIPAA. All services are strictly for educational and consultative purposes.

Use of Information
Insights and guidance offered during consultations are for informational purposes only. Implementation is solely your responsibility.
